Database target search with warranty

  • Creation of the job profile: We define the details of the vacant position with the client (specific requirements for education, work experience, language skills, appropriate job title, etc.).
  • We prepare the job advertisement text and assist with the design. The job advertisement is created according to the criteria required by the client and the completed job profile.
  • We publish the job advertisement on the cv.ee platform for up to three weeks (with the option to extend for an additional week if needed).
  • We share the job advertisement on the Töötukassa website (upon the client’s request).
  • We highlight the published advertisement in the Premium List in the relevant category for at least one week.
  • We amplify the job advertisement’s circulation on social media and target it to the appropriate audience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • We send an invitation to apply via email to individuals in the CV.ee database who match the described job profile.
  • We conduct a targeted search within the cv.ee database to find potential candidates who meet the job profile criteria. We contact additional candidates to introduce the offered position and determine their willingness to participate in the application process.
  • We screen candidates, evaluating their suitability according to the profile. If necessary, we conduct an additional selection stage, either independently or in collaboration with the client, involving a video interview or written online questions, which are sent to candidates through the Recruitee recruitment software.
  • We contact potentially suitable, shortlisted candidates who applied and further clarify their fit with the profile.
  • We respond to questions received from candidates during the search period regarding both the position and the recruitment process.
  • We present the best candidates from the competition to the client, along with our comments and provide a mid-process overview of the recruitment and selection process.
  • We conduct up to three full-length job interviews with final candidates in collaboration with the client.
  • We provide feedback with reasons to candidates who were not selected.


    WARRANTY TERMS

    The service includes a 1-month guarantee for the newly hired employee, meaning that if it becomes evident within one month of signing the employment contract that the employee is not suitable for the position (the employment contract is terminated by either the employer or the employee, excluding reasons under §91 of the Employment Contracts Act), we will conduct a one-time, three-week search for the same position (Pre-selection) free of charge. The Pre-selection service offered under the guarantee includes:
